Including Panasonic MVIIF High-speed Chip Mounting Mac-hine,Fuji FCP-6 High-speed Chip Mounting Machine and Fuji IP-III Multi-function Chip Mounting Machine,with capability of 300,000,000 dots/month,mounting the ordinary chip 1005,QFP IC with 0.3mm pin pitch,BGAIC with 0.5mm pin pitch.
Assembly Line:
20 66-meter-long(217 feet)assembly production lines,425-meter-long(82 feet)assembly peoduction lines,with total capability if 20,000,000 units/year.
Bonding Workshop:
12 bonding machines(Model AB510,Model 520 & Model 559A which can bond all kinds of chips & PCB boards,with capability if 1,500,000 lines/day.The clean room has reached the level of 100,000 dust/M3.there are separated PCB cleaningroom,separated bonding room,separated IC function test room,separated microscope(visual)inspection room & separated gluing room in COB workshop. |
